The Model 1000 range of volumetric depositors and filling machines continues to be the main stay of Riggs Autopack's business. Our extensive range of standard or bespoke, semi or fully automatic, single or multi-head depositors can be installed as stand alone units, supplied as part of a conveyor filling line or easily incorporated into existing food production lines.

Our depositing and filling machines are one of the most accurate and reliable on the market with a build quality second to none. They effectively dispense a huge variety of hot or cold food and liquid products into almost any size or type of container.  
 
To complement this range, we manufacture a wide variety of ancillary food production equipment. These include transfer pumps, conveyors, automatic filling lines, purpose-designed depositing nozzles and decorating heads that are fully compatible with all Riggs Autopack's filling machines, automatic or manual capping machines, rotary tables and lid press machines.
 
We design and manufacture our equipment in-house at our Lancashire factory and take great pride in supplying a wide cross-section of food manufacturers throughout the UK and overseas, ranging from start-up companies and cottage industries through to multi-national food production plants.
