Ready meals - Soups, stews, casseroles or curries, Riggs Autopack’s machines are capable of depositing delicate or fragile vegetables and cooked meats suspended in sauce with particulates up to 30mm cubed and above without any damage.

The depositing machine's performance is unaffected by temperature and is suitable for use in such extreme conditions as depositing Onion Bhajis directly over a fat fryer or for mash potato straight from the chilled store.

Preserves

Preserves - Jams into buckets or breakfast size pots, chutney into jars or piccalilli with pies, we have the experience and expertise to help. Filling machines for the farmhouse or factory, with outputs from manual start, to multi-head automation we can satisfy most requirements.

Special cut-off nozzles are available for products such as, set honey or sugar syrup. Fragile and delicate fruit pieces or whole fruits are filled without damage, to give the clean, accurate and presentable filled jars that you and your customers demand.

Sauces

Sauces - If you are filling sauce into buckets, jars, bottles, or even depositing over a piece of sirloin at the meat plant, we have the experience and expertise to help. Sauces can be filled or deposited on the boil or as a chilled stiff paste, with or without particulates.

From manual start table top or mobile machines, through to automation on conveyor lines, we can offer the solutions to your sauce filling or depositing applications. Top fill or neck entry nozzles are available to suit most bottles, jars or containers, and for the meat plant application, spreader nozzles will ensure that the sauce is where you want it.

Mayonnaise Salads

Mayonnaise Salads - Small pot filling with pasta or 2kg tub filling of coleslaw, we have the machines to help. We know that presentation is important. Maybe you are filling tuna, cheese or chicken for sandwich fillings. With the delicate and fragile handling of the product whilst filling, the presentation is assured with our depositor.

Low level feed hoppers, safety interlocked, bar type lids and easy strip down, make the machines user friendly. Associated equipment such as transfer pumps and hygienic indexing conveyors are readily available

Bakery

Bakery - Gluten free bread dough, sweet or savoury pie fillings on pastry lines or Cake and Muffin mix into tins or trays. These are typical of the products we deposit within the Bakery. With easy to position mobile machines, quick set up times and accurate depositing the Model 1000, either as a stand alone Depositor or postioned over a conveyor or line, is a firm favourite within the industry.

Easily adjusted for different weights or container sizes and with ancilliary equipment such as transfer pumps and lid pressing units readily available, we offer machines to suit your table top through to fully automated production lines.

Desserts

With decorating heads for cream or fillings, and nozzles to give you drip free cut-off on jam or syrup, we have the expertise and experience. Transfer Pumps

Transfer Pumps - For the transfer of most liquid or semi-liquid foodstuffs, such as mayonnaise, ready meal products, preserves or sauces. The pumps are ideally suited for transferring product from tote bins, pallecons, or IBC's, into feed hoppers or mixing vessels.

Either mounted vertically or horizontally, on fixed or mobile frames, the pumps have many uses in the process or packing room.
